More than a discipline or a body of knowledge, engineering is a verb, an action word, a way of approaching a problem.” – Scott Whitmire

As a software engineer and usability specialist, I understand what it means to develop quality software that is bound to the user’s needs, on time and to budget. I have used my university training to familiarize myself with the challenges and risks that come along with planning and executing software development. My industrial experiences have taught me how to cope with these challenges and how to engineer practical solutions for a multitude of problems.

Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Computer Science to further investigate the best practices and newest methodologies involved in the process of software requirements engineering. My doctoral studies will be completed in July 2008.

As a highly motivated, adaptive and open-minded person, I am a team player, but also have good skills in independent decision-making when necessary. I am meticulous, and very organized. My curiosity and determination, and my desire to offer fresh ideas to the field, are the driving forces that can make a difference for you and your organization. I am constantly looking for new challenges. If you are interested in my credentials, or if you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact me and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
